Refund Policy

We are grateful for your order however if you are displeased with your purchase, please contact info@keishacharmaine.com with your name and order number for refund inquiries.

You can get a refund in the form of a store credit discount code or you can get your money returned through the original payment method.

Refunds are granted for unworn headwraps and unused products. A return label will be sent to you and your refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned order with 7-10 business days.

Replacements are granted for products damaged in shipment.

No refunds on sale items.
