Have not used products yet. But I feel communication could have been better, also when I opened the hair gel was note expecting it to not be a full jar.
Hi Gina, our jars are larger than 8 oz however each jar is filled with 8 oz of product. I'll edit the product description to make that clear. Sorry for that confusion. I'm not sure which communication you're referring to but communication regarding your shipping processing is automated and sometimes goes to spam folders if you did include your email address when you placed your order. If you didn't include your email address then you don't automatically receive your tracking number when processing occurs. I hope you're happy with the product when you try it.
I absolutely love this product. It smells amazing and the hold is perfect! I actually just retwisted last night and I'm always very pleased with the results I get from this gel. No flaking or white residue, excellent hold, yet not stiff and un-natural, easy to use... an overall excellent product!! Thank you Keisha!!
Love the loc gel. Amazing texture and awesome hold
A little goes a long way with this gel. I re-twisted my hair with it for the first time last night. A small amount provided a good hold without any flaking or residue, and my hair felt amazing when done. I'll definitely use it again. It does contain a coconut derivative, so I went back and forth for a while before finally deciding to try it as I have a coconut allergy. Thankfully, I did not have a reaction. I cannot guarantee that it will not trigger a reaction on other people with coconut allergies, I'm just sharing my experience.
