A questionnaire is presented upon booking your 30 minute 1:1 consultation which will help Keisha prepare for your meeting. Here is what you can expect from your session:

1. Hair and Scalp Analysis

   - A visual and physical examination of your hair and scalp to identify any immediate concerns such as dryness, oiliness, dandruff, or scalp irritation.

2. Hair Care Routine Inquiry

   - Discuss current hair care routine, including the product usage (shampoos, conditioners, styling products) and their frequency of use.

   - Discuss hair washing routine, including water temperature and drying methods.

3. Hair History

   - Discuss any chemical treatments you've had in the past (coloring, straightening, perms) and any reactions or damage experienced.

   - Discuss previous hair care challenges and what they've tried to address them.

4. Lifestyle and Diet

   - Review diet and hydration habits to understand if they're getting the necessary nutrients for healthy hair.

   - Discuss lifestyle factors that might affect hair health, such as stress, sleep patterns, smoking and exercise habits.

5. Hair Goals

   - Discuss hair goals and any specific concerns (e.g., hair growth, volume, moisture retention).

6. Product Recommendations

   - Based on the analysis and discussion, specific ingredients/products will be recommended to suit your hair type and address your concerns.

   - Receive guidance on product application techniques and amounts to use.

7. Custom Hair Care Plan

   - Keisha will develop a personalized hair care plan that includes a routine for washing, conditioning, grooming and styling.

   - Include recommendations for any treatments or at-home remedies to improve hair and scalp health.

8. Follow-up

   - Schedule your complimentary follow-up appointments (for up to 6 months) to monitor progress and make adjustments to the care plan as necessary.

   -Get support via email or social media for any questions that arise between consultations.

9. Educational Content

   - Receive educational content on hair care practices, understanding hair types, and debunking common hair myths.

   -Learn how to read product labels and choose the right ingredients for your specific hair needs.

10. Scalp Treatments

    -Receive scalp treatment recommendations for issues like dry scalp, excessive oiliness, dermatitis or dandruff.

Q9: Do you have any tips for maintaining healthy locs?

Absolutely! Here are a few tips:

- Regularly cleanse your locs to remove buildup. Use a clarifying shampoo and a moisturizing shampoo.

- Protect your locs at night with a silk or satin scarf or pillowcase to minimize friction.

-Use water based products to keep hair moisturized. Moisture comes from water, not oil. Oil seals in the moisture.

My hair is finally growing again!

Unfortunately due to covid I suffered hair loss & a hair infection. I had treatments & medication in 2021 & everytime I caught covid again, (4x) after my hair would fall out.
I knew in April (2024) I had enough of treatments that did not last & the revolving door of hair lost, so I booked a consultation with Keisha.

She was very informative, did a deep dive on my hair history and health practices. She provided me with realistic options to help with the external complications of my hair and internal. I followed the advice she provided along with using her Emu Growth Drops & Rose Water Oil & below is my hair before the consultation & 2.5/3 months after.
